Mill City Veterans: Stone House

The Stone House is The Bridge Club of Greater Lowell’s permanent housing for homeless Veterans. Located at 267 Pawtucket Street in Lowell, MA. The Stone House provides a safe, structured environment with wraparound supports focused on housing, education, recovery, and community reintegration.

Who We Serve
  • U.S. Veterans (all branches), including those in recovery or re-entry
  • Individuals seeking housing and educational support
  • If you are eligible and pass our entry screening.

What Residents Receive
  • Safe, furnished shared rooms in a professionally managed, drug- and alcohol-free home
  • Veterans-focused case management (goal planning, benefits navigation, referrals)
  • Employment & Education connections (credit Repair, financial Wellness, resume writing, and more.)
  • Recovery support (recovery coaching, meetings, sober activities)​
  • On-site support & accountability to promote structure, stability, and progress

How to Apply (Veterans Referral)
If you’re a veteran or you’re referring a veteran for The Stone House, please complete our Veterans Referral Form below:

Eligibility & Expectations
  • Proof of veteran status (or pathway to verify)
  • Willingness to engage in case management, employment search, training, and recovery supports
  • Agreement to follow house guidelines (respect for community, no drugs/alcohol)

  • Referral review by our veterans team
  • Eligibility check & availability confirmation
  • Move-in plan (if approved)
  • Individualized service plan (recovery, housing, education, work)
