Culinary Training Program 2025The Bridge Club of Greater Lowell is now enrolling for our hands-on, 8-week Culinary Training Program, designed to equip participants with the skills, certifications, and confidence to succeed in the foodservice industry. Trainees receive instruction from experienced culinary professionals and earn ServSafe, Allergen Awareness, and OSHA-10 certifications—along with a professional chef toolkit, including knives and a chef’s coat.
This program not only empowers residents with career-ready training but also helps address the ongoing labor shortage in Lowell’s restaurant industry. Since the pandemic, over 23% of restaurants in Massachusetts have closed permanently (Massachusetts Restaurant Association, 2021), and employers continue to report difficulty hiring skilled staff (National Restaurant Association, 2022). The Bridge Club is proud to support both individuals and local businesses by preparing job-ready culinary talent. Ready to get started? Fill out the form below! |
